At Willow Nest, we have thoughtfully curated three main hire packages that encompass our bohemian theme, designed to cater to various budget ranges and styling preferences. Each package is suitable for events with up to 75 guests. For larger events, please feel free to reach out for a customised solution with additional charges for increased capacity. As well as our set packages, we also offer bespoke styling to suit your vision for your big day

All our packages include an initial consultation, conducted online, or in person dependant on location. We remain in contact on the lead up to your big day, always on hand to answer any questions or talk through any new ideas.

Furthermore our packages include our setup service by our skilled wedding and events dresser, who will lovingly bring your venue to life, transforming your Bohemian paradise

Our Packages

  • Discover the magic in every detail - from the subtle hues to the natural textures. This package includes the following:

    • Our pleated muslin Table runners

    • Stone ware bottles filled with dried flowers/grasses or candles. (3 per table)

    • Choose from our linen placemats, seagrass woven placemats or a mix of both

    • Tealight holders, either Himalayan Sea salt or glass or a mix of both (3 per table) Or our eclectic mix of antique Brass Candle sticks (3 per table)

    • Frayed edge knot tied napkins.

    • 4 x dried flower and carefully selected silk flow arrangements presented in tassel fringed seagrass baskets and 1x arrangement presented in a Moroccan brass vase.

    • Place names, choose from a range of options.

    • Table numbers, choose from a range of options.

    added:

    • 2 x reclaimed wooden easels.

    • Seating plan display

    • Our beautifully bohemian cane screen/room divider

    This Package includes all in the Natural Elegance Package along with the following:

    • Make a statement with our stunning Peacock chairs x 2 for the top table ordained with pampas and silk flower arrangements.

    • Wraps or macrame chair hangings for every other chair (up to 38)

    • Our copper stand backdrop with hanging macrame and dried pampas and silk flower arrangement
