Once we are in contact we can start to plan, arrange a consolation either online or in person, depending on location, where we can talk all things wedding, let us know your vison, your dreams, your theme, we want to know absolutely everything! All these little details help us build a picture of you both and allow us to get to know you, this all helps us when creating the styling and décor for your big day.
We often ask you to send over some inspo images if you have them, lets not lie here, its the perfect chance to show off your Pinterest board you’ve excitedly been putting together (probably before you even had that ring on your finger). Please don’t worry if you really don’t have a clue what you are after as we can come up with some amazing ideas for you based on your venue and your personality as well as all the little things that are most important to you.
After our initial consultation we will comprise a mood board and send over a proposal of ideas for you to read through. We will include an initial quote, depending if you have gone with one of our set packages or our bespoke package option.
Once you are sure you would like to book with us, we require a £50 non refundable deposit to secure your wedding date. Once we have worked through all the details we will then invoice and ask for a payment of 20% of the total cost, we then ask for the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to you event/wedding date
We remain in contact up to your big day, always on hand to answer any questions and talk through any new ideas. For those times when you wake in the middle of the night struck with an exciting new idea, we want to know, we are here to listen and see how we can incorporate it into you wedding or event, brining your dreams to life.
We understand that you may wish to change your mind on some of your styling choices in the time between making your initial choices to your big day. Please don’t panic, we do not need your ideas set in stone until 8 weeks before your wedding date so you have plenty of time to make tweaks and changes.
Once your big day is finally here, we take all the stress out of setting up and adding those magical final touches. We will arrange with you and your venue a time for us to set up, either the evening before or the morning of so you don’t have to worry about a single thing, leaving you to soak up all the magic and excitement of the morning of your wedding day. You then turn up to your venue completely styled with all the boho vibes, living your dream.
The next day we then swoop in, collect all our Willow Nest goodies, did it even happen or was it a dream, leaving you free to enjoy the first days of married bliss, reminiscing how beautiful your day was in every way from start to finish.
